1、按照設(shè)計圖紙查看門的規(guī)格、型號、相關(guān)配件等。

2、用米尺量門洞的高與寬。國家標準的電梯門尺寸1150kg電梯的開門凈尺寸為1000*2100、1000kg電梯的開門凈尺寸為900*2100、800kg電梯的開門凈尺寸為800*2100、630kg電梯的開門凈尺寸為800*2100

3、確定門套的的方向，用墨斗彈拉出垂直線，一側(cè)門洞兩條垂直線。

4、在垂直線上用劃好間隔線約為30厘米，一側(cè)門兩排劃分十幾個粘節(jié)點。

5、將小木楔用鐵錘逐一釘入每個粘節(jié)點，以便固定門框板。小木楔以落葉松制造的為好，因為落葉松的木質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)緊，不容易松動。
